Our coworking spaces offer booking options categorized under three main sessions:

Day Session: 06:00 to 22:00
Night Session: 22:00 to 06:00
Full Session: 24-hour continuous access

Once you select a seat and click checkout, the booking is held in a pending_payment status for exactly 15 minutes. If payment is not finalized within this limit, the system background scheduler automatically cancels the booking and releases the seat.

Yes! You can request an extension up to 30 minutes before your current booking expires. Extending your booking incurs a flat 20% extension fee calculated on top of the base booking rate. Extension requests are subject to seat availability constraints.

Definitely. We automatically calculate discount values based on duration. Every 8 hours booked earns an additional 3% off (capped at 12% for 32+ hours). Formula: floor(hours / 8) * 3%.

Once your booking is confirmed, a digital ticket is generated alongside a unique ticket code and QR code. You can download the ticket as a PDF or access it on your user dashboard. The admin team at the front desk will scan this QR code to verify your access.
