Terms of Service

Welcome to N22. These Terms of Service govern your use of our physical workspaces and our online booking engine. By booking a seat, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Membership and Conduct

All members are expected to maintain professional conduct, keep noise levels within acceptable limits (especially inside Hot Desk areas), and respect the shared facilities. Disruptive behavior may lead to temporary suspension or permanent ban.

2. Bookings and Sessions

All reservations must be booked and paid for in advance. Active sessions start and end exactly at the scheduled times. Extensions must be booked and paid for at least 30 minutes before the active session ends, subject to seat availability.

3. Liability

N22 is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items inside the coworking facility. High-speed internet is shared; members must avoid illegal usage or data-intensive processes that disrupt other members.
