Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a premium workspace experience. Since seats are allocated exclusively, we hold the following policy for cancellations and refunds:
1. Booking Cancellations
Bookings that fail payment checks are automatically cancelled by the system scheduler within 15 minutes. Paid bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded less than 12 hours before the start time.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed back to the original payment source (via Paystack gateway integrations) only in cases of verified facility closures or double bookings. Personal schedule adjustments do not qualify for cash refunds.
3. Support
If you experience transaction errors, please lodge a support ticket immediately on the user dashboard or submit a message through our contact desk.
